About The Coffee

One of our all time favourites, a perfect morning coffee from Monday to Sunday! El Fresno is a crowd-pleasing coffee, showcasing rich and smooth textures along with intense tasting notes of dark chocolate, pistachio, and salted caramel. A great option for those who love Kurumukis, this coffee offers a similar cupping profile, but with even more depth and varied flavours.

Finca El Vergel, where this fantastic coffee comes from, is one of the oldest single estates in the Tolima region of Colombia, run today by second generation producers Elias and Shady Bayter with the help of their mother Martha.

About the Roaster

At Hermanos, we’re all about celebrating the rich diversity of Colombian specialty coffee. We work directly with farmers across Colombia to source single-origin beans through trusted, direct trade relationships — and roast them fresh every day in London to bring out their unique flavour profiles.

Founded by brothers Victor and Santiago Gamboa, alongside Adnan Millwala, Hermanos is built on a shared love for Colombian coffee and a spirit of curiosity and experimentation. That drive led us to be named "Best Independent Coffee Shop of the Year" and "Coffee Shop Operator (10–50 sites)" at the London Coffee Festival 2025.
