- Time - Your fresh coffee will take 3 to 5 (working days) to be delivered to you from the time of your order is. - We need this time as your coffee is roasted fresh just for you and our roasters all roast on different days so we just need a little time to allow for this.

- Enjoy! - Once your perfect beans have been selected and roasted - they are always shipped to you the next day, so they are as fresh as possible.

About The Coffee

Our House Filter Blend was born from a desire to honour the people behind the coffee, placing direct trade at the heart of every cup. It’s built on long- standing relationships with farmers who grow with care, and who are paid fairly for their craft.

Whether it’s a slow-brewed cafetière, a trusty diner-style drip coffee, or even a retro percolator, this blend is made for easy, everyday brewing. Quality coffee that tastes good and does good.

With gentle notes of raisin, caramel, and milk chocolate, this blend of fresh seasonal coffees is the perfect companion to both a busy workday and lazy weekend morning.

Chimney Fire

From the outset we were fortunate to work with some incredible partners who shared our passion for quality. Working with local independent businesses and receiving lots of feedback from early online subscribers and coffee experience visitors enabled us to grow and increase our range of coffees to suit different tastes.

It has always been our goal to provide growers and producers with a sustainable source of income through direct, transparent buying practices. We started to commit to coffee purchases upfront - building long-term relationships through farm visits, WhatsApp and questionable Spanish. Most of these relationships have been formed for several years, and we're now able to handle much of the logistics in-house - meaning greater transparency and a higher price for producers.

Over the next couple of years, we received three Time & Leisure Awards, served our coffee to royalty and rolled out a successful crowdfunding campaign. However, there was a lot less time for hob-nobbing when the COVID-19 pandemic hit in spring 2020. We quickly scaled up our subscription platform to service the working from home boom, introducing our Discovery Range range and taking on a second space in the courtyard to expand our production capacity.
