We’re a coffeeshop in business to change the rhythm of the world.

A coffee cherry takes up to five years for it to grow and ripen... those little beans in our grinder... every single one of them was handpicked and processed by hard working people... literally every single coffee bean has passed through someone's fingers who checks every bean is the highest quality.

It takes years to bring great coffee into the world and then it's shipped across the world so it can be roasted and crafted into delicious drinks.

Our Mission

Our mission is to put people and planet first...and change the coffee industry for good. Our aim is to be at the forefront of sustainable coffee. We make every effort to verify that everybody along our coffee supply chain is treated and paid fairly for their time and that our coffee causes no unnecessary harm to our planet.

We deeply respect and value every single person along the entire coffee supply chain - every soul from the farm to the coffee shop is part of our intermission family, we work with suppliers who share our values to do right by our people... and we work hard together so that our work creates no unnecessary harm on our planet.

We believe that what we eat and drink matters and that there is no conflict between a better beverage and a better world. We are here to introduce the world to speciality coffee made in sustainable systems.
