I am the founder of La Tostadora (translating to 'the roaster girl'). I am a coffee fanatic with a mission: having visited and spent time on numerous coffee farms, I decided to bring coffee lovers (like yourself) closer to the roots of your coffee and connect you with the passionate farmers behind it.
Our journey began in Colombia, where we delved into the roots of the coffee, and got to know the coffee as a plant, different types of trees, and forged connections with the amazing farmers shaping its narrative. It became evident to us that they deserved a more integral role in the entire chain, with their valuable contributions often overlooked in the creation of the final product. These farmers are the true artisans, processing coffee beans that deliver either a funky, distinctive flavour or a classic, sweet, and chocolatey experience to you.
From Farm to Cup
At La Tostadora Roastery, we have a passion for coffee that goes beyond the cup. We believe in connecting our customers with the source of their coffee and the farmers who grow it. That's why we're committed to sourcing our beans from sustainable and traceable sources - direct from the farm where possible.
Zero Waste Commitment
At La Tostadora Roastery, we're also committed to zero waste. We believe that every step in the coffee production process should be as sustainable as possible, from sourcing to roasting to packaging.
Join us on our mission to create a more sustainable future, one cup of coffee at a time.
