Warranty Coverage
xBloom guarantees all products purchased in the UK against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If your product is defective within this period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, ensuring you get the support and quality you expect. Some xBloom appliances or specific parts may come with extended warranty coverage.
Please note that this warranty is valid for products used in private, non-commercial settings.

Returning Your xBloom Product
When returning an xBloom product, please make sure it is securely packaged and includes all original accessories. For espresso machines or any appliance with a water tank, empty all water tanks and boilers and remove any coffee beans to prevent potential damage during transit. Please be advised that poor packaging may result in transit damage, which is not covered by this warranty.
