Since we first opened our doors in 2014 on Sydney Street in Brighton's North Laines, we've set out to serve bold, exciting and accessible coffee. We have a home in speciality coffee, but our aim is to create an environment where high quality coffee can be enjoyed by anyone. Our roastery team works to source complex new single origin coffees every month, whilst creating versatile staple blends and flavour profiles with importing partners.
