Delivery

- Time - Your fresh coffee will take 3 to 5 days to be delivered to you from the time of your order is. - We need this time as your coffee is roasted fresh just for you and our roasters all roast on different days so we just need a little time to allow for this.

About The Coffee

Aníbal Díaz Plazas has a very important role in the Los Nogales farm, he is directly responsible for the quality of the coffee, he is in charge of the sensory evaluation of all the research in fermentation processes, together with Oscar they analyse the final result to draw conclusions that seek to improve the quality of their coffee.

After the coffee is pulped it’s submerged in lactic fermentation (using a plastic container with lid with water temperature 19-22°C, lactobacillus RN21). Final drying process for 96 hours in ‘guardiola’, keeping the temperature strictly at 40°C, stirred twice a day.
