Our latest Anthem brings together coffees from two incredible origins: Brazil and Mexico. The classic chocolatey, nutty sweetness of Brazil meets the brighter, fruitier character of Mexico to create a modern classic that's comforting, vibrant and anything but ordinary.

In the cup, expect a subtle floral aroma followed by milk chocolate, grapefruit-like acidity and juicy passionfruit sweetness. As an espresso, it's bold, bright and bursting with fruit. Add milk and it becomes rich, creamy and almost milkshake-like.

This is the blend you can reach for every day, but it never feels ordinary.

BRAZIL — CERRADO MINEIRO

The foundation of Anthem comes from Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region, where we use a naturally processed regional blend sourced through Emma and Bruna of Bossa Coffee.

Bruna Costa comes from a family of coffee producers in Minas Gerais and works closely with her family's farms as well as Expocacer, which represents hundreds of coffee producers throughout the Cerrado Mineiro region.

As a regional blend, this coffee brings together multiple local varietals, all naturally processed to create that beautifully balanced and classic Brazilian profile.

Expect a lovely chocolatey aroma, dark berry-like sweetness, mellow citrus fruit and a rounded, whole-nut finish with a clean and satisfying aftertaste.

It's the comforting, chocolatey backbone of Anthem.

MEXICO — LAS TEJEDORAS, CHIAPAS

To complement the Brazilian coffee, we've headed to Chiapas, Mexico, for a coffee with a story we particularly wanted to share.

Las Tejedoras — "the weavers" — are women who continue the deep-rooted Mayan traditions of Chiapas through both coffee growing and fine textile arts.

For communities in this region, coffee provides opportunity and economic stability and has long played an important role in local prosperity. Alongside coffee production, textile weaving preserves a rich artistic tradition, giving the women of these communities a way to share their stories, creativity and collective identity.

Through this coffee, we're proud to shine a light on Las Tejedoras and their work as both coffee growers and textile weavers.

Washed processing gives this Mexican component a clean, bright character that works beautifully alongside the naturally processed Brazilian coffee, bringing the fruit and acidity that make this version of Anthem really sing.

Together, the two origins create a coffee that's complex without being complicated: chocolatey and comforting at its core, with grapefruit acidity and a burst of tropical passionfruit sweetness.
