Easy-going, sweet, and balanced, Anthem Blend shines as a classic espresso and also suits those who prefer a filter coffee with a bit more body - making it a great gateway into the world of specialty coffee, or a pleasant surprise for seasoned drinkers.

Anthem Blend features coffees from two exceptional coffee-producing countries: Brazil and Colombia.

From the cool, green hills of Sul de Minas, Brazil, we source beans produced at Fazenda Samambaia. This region provides ideal growing conditions and is known locally as Vertentes, as it borders two major Brazilian river basins: the Grande River (flowing south) and the São Francisco River (flowing northeast).

Henrique Dias Cambraia, the farmer behind Fazenda Samambaia, attributes his farm’s success to a combination of factors: its geographic location, expert technical management with tailored field control, ongoing training through quality control programmes, and - most importantly - the dedication of the whole team.

For this blend, we chose the Yellow Catucaí varietal (a cross between Mundo Novo and Yellow Caturra), processed naturally. It brings fruity, slightly citrusy notes, along with natural sweetness, nutty tones, and smooth milk chocolate flavours.

To complement Brazil’s profile, we selected a lot from the Huila region in Colombia.

Huila’s unique agroclimatic conditions - bordered by mountain ranges and crossed by the Magdalena River - make it one of Colombia’s most important coffee regions. The municipality of Bruselas, part of Pitalito in southern Huila, is where most coffee in the Andes region is produced, inspiring the name “Andino” for this vibrant component.

This coffee is a blend of Castillo, Caturra, and Bourbon varieties, sun-dried on parabolic covered patios and raised beds. Andino’s altitude and climate are ideal for producing a coffee that bursts with floral aromas and fruity flavours - think blackberry, plum, and green grape, with a tropical sweetness reminiscent of lime, passion fruit, starfruit, and tangerine.

Simply put, the new Anthem Blend is a complex and balanced cup. Expect a subtle floral aroma followed by notes of milk chocolate, nougat, and maple syrup, rounded out with a jammy profile of garden fruits like blackberry, raspberry, and plum. Its syrupy texture and sweet tropical aftertaste - tangerine, passion fruit, starfruit - are the cherry on top.

As an espresso, it's a fruit bomb. With milk, it transforms into a creamy, milkshake-like delight.
