- Time - Your fresh coffee will take 3 to 5 (working days) to be delivered to you from the time of your order is. - We need this time as your coffee is roasted fresh just for you and our roasters all roast on different days so we just need a little time to allow for this.

- Enjoy! - Once your perfect beans have been selected and roasted - they are always shipped to you the next day, so they are as fresh as possible.

This exceptional decaf comes from the celebrated Bonde Kochere region of Ethiopia, renowned for producing coffees with vibrant and complex profiles. Naturally decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, it preserves the beans' unique character without the use of chemicals.

Expect delicate floral aromas, bright citrus notes, and a silky body with a sweet, clean finish. Roasted fresh in Brighton, our Bonde Kochere Decaf offers all the flavour and elegance of a top-quality Ethiopian coffee, without the caffeine.

Since we first opened our doors in 2014 on Sydney Street in Brighton's North Laines, we've set out to serve bold, exciting and accessible coffee. We have a home in speciality coffee, but our aim is to create an environment where high quality coffee can be enjoyed by anyone.

Our roastery team works to source complex new single origin coffees every month, whilst creating versatile staple blends and flavour profiles with importing partners.

Since our first store, we have opened two other locations, embodying the same objectives, but with different designs.
