Eagle Monte Carmelo is a take on a classic profile from a classic region: Cerrado Mineiro. The goal is to maintain a consistent flavor profile from lot to lot and year to year, This coffee is sourced through the Café Delas Program, which was created to support women farmers by providing access to resources, knowledge, and a stronger voice in the industry. Every Café Delas coffee is sourced exclusively from women producers, and a portion of each sale is reinvested in programs that promote gender equality and empower women in coffee.
