Grown at 1,700 meters above sea level in Colombia’s renowned Huila region, this Anaerobic Natural Process coffee is a vibrant expression of both terroir and innovation. Extended anaerobic fermentation enhances the coffee’s inherent complexity, encouraging the development of layered fruit characteristics while preserving clarity and structure. The result is a cup that is expressive and dynamic, showcasing the meticulous attention given to every stage of production. Bright tropical notes of pineapple, guava nectar, and ripe mango unfold in distinct layers, creating a vivid and memorable tasting experience. The fruit character is both refined and concentrated, offering sweetness that is reminiscent of fresh preserves rather than confectionery.
