- Time - Your fresh coffee will take 3 to 5 (working days) to be delivered to you from the time of your order is. - We need this time as your coffee is roasted fresh just for you and our roasters all roast on different days so we just need a little time to allow for this.

- Enjoy! - Once your perfect beans have been selected and roasted - they are always shipped to you the next day, so they are as fresh as possible.

About The Coffee

We’re thrilled to team up with our pals over at Killbean Roastery for this special collaboration - a chance to taste both of our roast profiles of a rare “river-washed” coffee from the world-renowned ALO Coffee, grown in the misty highlands of Sidama Bensa, Ethiopia.Grown way up high (2500-2650m), the altitude, quality of the beans and the technical processing all contribute towards an intensely aromatic cup bursting with florals, ripe fruit, a bright berry acidity and a layered sweetness that brings incredible clarity and depth to the cup.The unique processing name'River Washed'refers to the initial stage in a four-part experimental processing technique. During this phase, the beans are sealed in grain pro bags and placed in a cool, flowing stream, where controlled fermentation takes place over the course of three days. This is also why it's called Gone Fishin' in case you didn't know

We created our brand in 2019, right in the midst of a global lockdown, so it's safe to say we’ve come a long way! Our coffee is now enjoyed in cafes, restaurants, offices and homes all over the UK and beyond!

Every bean is hand roasted with care in our South East London roastery and we always ensure that all of our coffee is responsibly and ethically sourced. We work meticulously throughout our supply chain to make certain that your coffee is good for the growers, workers and of course, the environment. All of this is very important to us, as well as making sure it consistently tastes fabulous!
