Sourced from the Rwenzori Bugoye region of Uganda and grown at elevations between 1,100 and 2,100 meters above sea level, this EA Decaf showcases the clarity and structure that high-altitude cultivation can deliver, even in a decaffeinated format. The EA (ethyl acetate) process is used to gently remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s intrinsic character, resulting in a cup that remains expressive, balanced, and true to origin. In the cup, structured sweetness unfolds with notes of lemon curd, cacao nibs, and soft vanilla. The profile is defined by a refined interplay between bright citrus and deeper cocoa-driven undertones, creating a sense of contrast that feels both lifted and grounded.
