Grown at 1,500 metres, it’s a coffee steeped in biodiversity and slow-grown character.From Brazil’s coffee heartland, Minas Gerais adds the classic nutty depth we all crave. Here, in the rolling highlands, ripe cherries are naturally dried under the sun and finished carefully on mechanical dryers to lock in consistency and mellow sweetness.
