This exceptional coffee is grown in the renowned Cerrado Mineiro region, known for its consistent quality and ideal climate. Produced by Andrea Ribeiro as part of the Café Delas Project, this initiative supports and empowers female coffee producers through education, resources, and training to bring their coffees to market.

The Natural processing method accentuates the coffee’s natural sweetness, delivering smooth caramel and milk chocolate notes with a delicate cinder toffee finish. Hints of roasted almond round out the flavor, creating a full-bodied and velvety cup.

Café Delas is a celebration of quality, empowerment, and sustainability, ensuring every cup carries a story of dedication and care. Ideal as a single-origin espresso or brewed as a filter, this coffee is a true showcase of Brazilian excellence.

We believe coffee is a fresh product and should be treated like one.
Coffee beans taste good for two months after roasting but in the first two weeks a great coffee tastes magical. Some store bought beans can spend months or years on a shelf before being consumed.

We roast our beans to order. Not the week before, not the day before, when you order. Our coffee is roasted the morning after we receive your order and posted that afternoon, that's what sets us apart. Give us a go, change your coffee game.
