- Enjoy! - Once your perfect beans have been selected and roasted - they are always shipped to you the next day, so they are as fresh as possible.

Our Blended Single Origin Coffee is a remarkable harmony of 50% Yellow Catuai Arabica from Daterra and 50% Conilon Robusta from Rondonia, Brazil. Daterra is renowned globally for its groundbreaking sustainable coffee production, implementing innovative environmental practices like precision agriculture, biodiversity conservation, and advanced water management systems that preserve and restore natural ecosystems.

The Conilon beans, sourced exclusively from the Amazon region, represent a UK first and come from an extraordinary collaborative effort with local indigenous tribes. Cultivated through sustainable farming practices that actively combat deforestation, this coffee supports up to 17,000 families in the region. When brewed as an espresso, this blend reveals a luxurious profile of rich chocolate fondant and earthy walnut notes, offering a complex and deeply satisfying coffee

High grade coffee, sourced from origin and lovingly roasted in east London under the meticulous eye of our Co-Founder, Fabio. Our coffee beans are from farmers who take as much care nurturing their coffee plants as we do roasting and brewing our beans. We focus on small batch roasted coffee so that every delicate and unique flavour is translated in the cup.

Notes is a collection of coffee shops and bars serving Notes speciality coffee, craft beers, well-chosen wines and classic cocktails, all with a signature Notes twist. We offer delicious seasonally-inspired food throughout the day, to eat in or takeaway.
