I just can't resist - Ethiopia is one of my favourite places to source coffees from, and when they have a season as good as they've had this year, one can't help but buy lots and lots of them! A vibrant, aromatic cup with white florals, juicy mango Rubicon, ripe papaya, and sweet tinned peach. Tropical, expressive, and softly floral.
