About The Coffee

When our good friends over at Brighton Electric Recording Studios asked us to work on a bespoke blend for them and their lovely musician friends we couldn't resist. Using our eclectic combination of coffee and musical experience to pick the blend origins of Guatemala Esmeralda and Colombia Pitalito, we've assembled a spectacle coffee; the Rhythm & Brews blend.

With notes of cocoa, fresh citrus and cloves, this blend packs a punch, cuddle and kiss for all the budding superstars bustling in and out of the recording rooms at Brighton Electric Studios on Coombe Terrace at the old tram station north of Lewes Road.

We hope it gives them enough jazz to make works of art - it'll be on our batch at the roastery come-every Monday morning that's for sure.

Since we first opened our doors in 2014 on Sydney Street in Brighton's North Laines, we've set out to serve bold, exciting and accessible coffee. We have a home in speciality coffee, but our aim is to create an environment where high quality coffee can be enjoyed by anyone.

Our roastery team works to source complex new single origin coffees every month, whilst creating versatile staple blends and flavour profiles with importing partners.

Since our first store, we have opened two other locations, embodying the same objectives, but with different designs.
